We were introduced to AB Property Services some years before all family members were ready to rent our property as it remains a family home for part of the year. Alison was patient, supportive and professional then and has remained so, almost 4 years on since we employed her services officially. She has a much-appreciated 'can-do' attitude, a no-nonsense but skilled approach to dealing with issues and people - from guests, workers and us too! She knows the area so well, is 'a local', lives there, speaks Portuguese and has a great network and experience of living and dealing with people from the area - from solicitors, architects, accountants, pool maintenance, odd-job men, cleaners - someone for everything - invaluable in so many ways! She knows her job; I trust her to manage and take care of our property and the administration/official requirements and laws that go with doing that. I would not like to lose Alison as our manager: she comes highly recommended.

When we originally bought our property back in 2010 we were looking for someone to manage it; Alison was recommended to us and we have been with her ever since. We rent our property throughout the year so we needed a service that could cover this. The regular cleaning and laundry services are always completed on time even at the busiest periods of the year and we have never had a guest unable to check in on time. For the more unexpected events and maintenance repairs Alison has an excellent network of technicians in the area who are all very reliable and work to high standards. We live in the UK so it is very assuring to be able to rely on these services and take the worry out of running an overseas property.

We have known Alison since 2008 when we were house hunting in Portugal. At that time Alison offered us lots of help and advice.
